After Ingres "Princess de Broglie"
Work in Progress - Spring cleaning my studio unearthed some forgotten treasures. Inspired by silk tapestries, I decide to return to the Boudoir Lady’s Slipper chair in Ingres’ painting “Princess de Broglie”. Colour mixing and blending to a satin sheen is a thrill.. 🙃layering ornate patterns and designs later will be icing on the cake 🍰!
